3. Fees and Government Charges

Professional fees displayed on our website cover our service charge for the specific task described. Government fees, stamp duty, DSC charges, notarisation, court fees and other third-party charges are separate unless explicitly stated as included in a package. A complete cost estimate is shared before we begin work on your matter.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents required for your Service. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent information or documents supplied by you are not our responsibility.

5. No Guarantee of Government Outcome

While we prepare and file applications carefully, approval, registration or outcome timelines are determined by the relevant government department or portal and are outside our control. We do not guarantee approval timelines or outcomes that depend on third-party government processing.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Professional fees already utilised for work performed (drafting, filing, document preparation) are non-refundable once the relevant step has been completed. Any government fees already paid to a department on your behalf are non-refundable by us once submitted, in line with the relevant department's own policy.

7. Confidentiality

We treat documents and information you share with us as confidential and use them only for the purpose of delivering the Service you have engaged us for, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in connection with any Service is limited to the professional fee paid for that specific Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays, penalties or outcomes arising from government processing, changes in law, or information provided by you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Go2Comply/Estella Consultancy is registered.
